AQUA DRILL INC. is a duly registered corporation founded in 1993 through a father and son partnership of Engr. Rafael Luna and Engr. Jose Rainier Luna. Prior to incorporated in 1993 however, Rafael Luna has already been involved in well drilling through his company R.S Luna drilling and Integrated Agro-Industrial Water System Inc. Since 1976 our experience in this business spans 48 years.
Rafael Luna (Deceased) was a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology, and was formerly Assistant District Engineer of the Department of Public Works and Highways. This position enabled him to gain extensive experience in well drilling and management of municipal water systems throughout the Luzon Region.
Jose Rainier Luna is a BS Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Master of Business Management degree holder from the Asian Institute of Management, USAID Scholar. Likewise, was an accredited Certified Water Specialist by the International Water Quality Association based in the United States 1998-2000.
Our services include well drilling construction, contracting, and fabrication, installation, testing, sales, service of water supply systems, parts and equipment, elevated water tank construction, and deep well camera logging. We pride ourselves with being abreast in the latest water sourcing techniques in order to find the best quality water for our client. Likewise, we offer water systems management to developers and homeowners’ associations who do not want to be burdened with the unexpected costs of equipment maintenance and repair of water systems.
The company owns Three (3) Heavy Duty Rotary Drilling Machines, three (3) Percussion Drilling Machines complete with accessories like generators, welding machines and heavy duty tools. Likewise, we have two (2) maintenance and repair units, for servicing existing wells. For our tank construction projects, we have our own benders, erection towers and numerous welding and cutting machines making us capable of finishing a tank without subcontracting. To complement our services, we have high capacity generators (up to 150 KVA), which allows us to work in isolated areas. For rehabilitation and deep well maintenance purposes, we have a Deepwell Camera with bottom and side views.
The company likewise is a dealer of wide brand of submersible pumps. We also have our own shop with technicians capable of servicing any brand of pump.
